The Homeschool Moms Retreat is back for its third summer.
Please join us July 26-28.

Sometimes what a mom needs is a break: a week-end away to take a breath, unwind, and refocus before the next school year begins.

Our annual homeschool retreat is purposefully designed with lots of free time so you can nap, journal, plan, pray, or socialize. Some bring their planners, some their favorite book and others a craft project. It's totally up to you.

We provide the encouragement, fun, food and refreshment that you're craving. It's a great way to begin the next school year.

*Sessions:
The KISS Method: Keep It Simple, Sister - Homeschooling isn't easy but that doesn't mean it has to be complicated. If you're constantly overthinking, reworking and wondering if this is enough, then it's time you consider the KISS method.

What Would Grandma Do? - Life seemed simpler in Grandma's -- or great Grandma's -- time. They didn't have the bells and whistles of modern life that are supposed to make life easier. So, how can we learn from their lives to bring back the beauty of basic?

A couple notes about meals & bedding:
You may specify any food allergies or intolerances you have upon registration and we will do our best to accommodate them. We offer enough choices at each meal/snack so everyone is considered.
The bedrooms are dorm style with new mattresses. You will need to bring bedding/sleeping bag and a pillow. You may choose your own bed when you arrive. We have an "early birds" area and a "night owls" area so that everyone can rest.

Location:
This year the retreat will be held at Prairie Bible Camp in Lehr, ND. Surrounded by nature, the camp is about 45 miles south of Medina, ND and the home of the 100-year-old Lehr Tabernacle. It's the perfect spot to get away from it all for the week-end.
Remember when you went to grandma's house for good cooking and nurturing? When life was simpler and seemingly more beautiful? Come to the 2024 retreat to feel that way once again.
